Show Rules and Information

  1. No application for space rental is acceptable unless this contract is printed, signed, and dated, or if the Exhibitor agrees fully by checking the “Agree to Show Rules” checkbox on the application form.
  2. No loaded firearms, magazines or clips will be permitted.
  3. All cartridge firearms, except those attached to a display and a part thereof, will be tied with a plastic tie to be rendered inoperable.
  4. No loose ammunition except for unserviceable collector type. No tracer ammo or pyrotechnics.
  5. No gunpowder or primers for sale or display. No books, posters, clothing, sound or film media which describe the fabrication of any device which, if possessed, would constitute a felony under the laws of the United States, the state or the municipality where the show is being held.
  6. No explosive ordnance, destructive devices, parts designed to convert a semiautomatic firearm to full automatic fire will be permitted.
  7. Our Shows are advertised as family events. No pornographic materials or items with obscene language or graphics, racial, ethnic, sexist or hate material including T-shirts, magazines, videos, bumper stickers or other items which could be considered to be offensive to families or which are objectionable to Show Management. Non arms related items, or items glorifying Nazi, Facist, Communist or World War II Japanese political philosophies are prohibited except as part of a display or an evolutionary group of items for sale and subject to Show Producer’s approval.
  8. All federal, state and local firearms laws must be known and obeyed. Some firearm sales may be subject to background checks. Show management must be notified of any changes to this application.
  9. Items allowed for sale or display: guns, knives, ammunition, Management approved firearms related, cowboy western memorabilia, Native American relics & artifacts, approved collectibles and antiques. Any other items require written permission from Show Management. Show Management reserves the right to remove any items it deems objectionable or unsuitable without liability or recourse to anyone.
  10. Each exhibitor is obligated to honestly & properly present merchandise at this show. Reproductions, altered items or modified originals must be so identified. At the Show Producer’s sole discretion, and without liability to the exhibitor or anyone, failure to comply is ground to close the exhibitor’s display.
  11. The owner of each firearm is personally responsible for his or her actions or the action of any member of the public or any other exhibitor or person with respect to the firearms in the possession of the exhibitor. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to protect the Show and its participants from unsafe or illegal acts of anyone handling the firearms of the exhibitor. Accordingly, the exhibitor agrees that Show Management, its agents, employees, sponsors, representatives, security personnel are not responsible for any loss or damage from any cause suffered by any person or to property in his possession. Further, the exhibition expressly releases Show Management and the aforementioned from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury.
  12. Exhibitor Badge rules: 2 complimentary badges per exhibitor. Additional badges: $20. It is a violation of Show Rules to give a badge to anyone who is not an known exhibitor at this show.
  13. Public hours Fri, Sat 9am-5:30pm Sun 9am-3pm.
  14. Vendor hours Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-5:30pm Sat 8am-5:30pm Sun 8am-3pm.
  15. Table covers: You must provide BOTH TOP & FRONT TABLE COVERS; front table covers must be long enough to completely block the view under your tables. No bare tables allowed.
  16. Absolutely no sub leasing or selling your space to anyone! NO PETS ALLOWED.
  17. Cancellation Policy: No refunds after 90 days prior to set up day. Any refunds or transfers will be at management’s discretion and only after the entire space is resold.
  18. Rescheduling Fee: $40 Per Table $50 Booth & TW’s at Show Promoter’s discretion.
  19. Signs: Maximum Size: 30″ L x 12″ H; Maximum Elevation Above Table: 18″. No overhead signs or banners. Show Management reserves the right to remove any signs that it considers inappropriate. Wall Tables may display a sign in back of the table not to exceed 8 feet.
  20. Unforeseen Events: The Big Reno Show cannot guarantee Exhibitors protection from loss or insure against loss for any reason. If the show premises to be used are affected by circumstances beyond our control so the premises cannot be used for the show as contemplated by the parties, this Agreement shall terminate. Exhibitor hereby waives any claim for incidental or consequential damages or compensation resulting from this inability to use the premises and agrees that Lou Fascio Inc., (DBA Big Reno Show) may retain the portion of payments made by Exhibitor necessary to cover expenses incurred by Big Reno Show incidental to the opening and management of the show through the time of termination. The Big Reno Show provides FFL dealers to conduct transfers and background checks. The Big Reno Show has no involvement legal or otherwise regarding such transactions nor has the legal right to conduct such transactions.
